On the first floor, you will find a king bedroom with an ensuite bath and direct access to the pool. The second floor hosts the master suite, which includes a king bed, a private balcony, and a luxury ensuite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and large soaking tub, alongside another guest bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and private bath. The third floor offers a versatile bonus room equipped with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa, a wet bar, a mini fridge, and a half bath. This level also provides access to a large furnished deck with incredible Gulf views, making it the ideal spot for watching sunsets.

While general amenities are kept minimal to ensure your needs are met through the space's layout, you can enjoy specific room details such as an upgraded kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances and granite counters, a large living room with tiled floors and a 60” Smart TV, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Situated on Gulf Drive, the home is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet remains close to PCB’s best attractions. You are within walking distance of Schooners Beachfront Restaurant and just minutes from St. Andrews State Park for snorkeling and kayaking. Other nearby highlights include the Emerald Falls Family Rec Center, ZooWorld, and the shopping and dining hub of Pier Park.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To comply with HOA rules, guests must be 25+ to book, and a government-issued ID is required. During Spring Break (March and April), specific occupancy ratios and city ordinances regarding minors and photo identification apply. This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs (max 45 lbs each) with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must be crate trained and crated when left unattended.
