• Winter Access: A 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended for parking lot access during winter months.

• House Rules: Parties are strictly prohibited. The BBQ is maintained during the summer season only. Access to Lac du Cerf is permitted from 9 AM to 9 PM; no music or fires are allowed at the lake access.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with prior permission and a fee of $100 per pet per stay ($200 per month for long-term stays). Pets must be sterilized, at least 1 year old, and kept off furniture and out of bedrooms. Guests are responsible for collecting all pet waste and vacuuming floors and sofas upon departure.
