Designed to accommodate up to 7 guests, the chalet features 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 1 bathroom. The interior is thoughtfully crafted for comfort and accessibility, as the property is built to accommodate people with reduced mobility. The living room offers a relaxing atmosphere with a magnificent gas fireplace and a comfortable sofa bed for cozy evenings.

Families will find this home exceptionally inviting, equipped with an indoor playpen, high chair, children's play equipment, and an outdoor swing. The very modern kitchen is fully appointed with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. For outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides plenty of fresh country air, and a BBQ is available for grilling (maintained during summer only).

Guests enjoy exclusive access to Lac Lili, a magnificent natural head lake known for its pure, clear water. To enhance your experience, the property includes 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 1 pedal boat. Please note that motorboats are not permitted on the lake.

Situated in a prime location for adventure, the chalet is near the Complexe Atlantide in St-Calixte, featuring the Familizoo animal sanctuary and a water park. Other nearby excursions include the treetop courses at Arbraska Rawdon, the vast hiking and biking trails of Parc régional de la Forêt-Ouareau, and winter sports at Ski Montcalm and Ski Garceau. During snowy months, a 4x4, AWD vehicle, or high-quality winter tires are strongly recommended due to the slope leading to the lake.

• A security deposit of $1,000 is required 24 hours before arrival.
• House Rules: Parties are strictly prohibited. Outdoor noise is forbidden between 11 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks, tents, and trailers are not allowed. Guests may not bring personal boats onto the lake.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with prior authorization and under strict conditions (must be sterilized, over 1 year old, and kept off furniture/out of bedrooms). An additional fee of $100 per animal per stay applies. Guests must pick up excrement and vacuum floors and couches at the end of their stay.
