• Check-in: 5:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Security Deposit: $1,000 held on credit card 24 hours before arrival
• House Rules: Parties are prohibited. BBQ is maintained in summer only. No guest boats are permitted on the lake.
• Municipal By-laws: No noisy outdoor activities between 11 PM and 8 AM. Dogs must be leashed outside.
• Pet Policy: One sterilized dog over 1 year old allowed with prior authorization. Additional fee of $100 per animal per stay (or $200/month for long-term). Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms. Guests must vacuum floors and couches and pick up all waste.
