The main level includes one bedroom with a Queen size bed and a second bedroom with a Full size bed, sharing a hallway bathroom. For additional guests, the lower level provides a Queen size sleeper sofa and access to the third bathroom.

• Pets: No pets allowed. Certified service animals are welcome; support animals require a doctor's letter. Animals must be registered upon arrival to avoid a $150 per day fee plus cleaning costs.
• Other: Minimum booking age is 21. A doorbell camera monitors the front entrance. The home is located near 10,000 ft, so please prepare for high alpine conditions year-round.
