Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Secure entry is provided via a deadbolt lock and a lockbox (labeled 321) on the railing.

Pool and Hot Tub Policies: The pool is seasonal, open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (closed September to May), with daily hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Proper swim attire is required; no diving, glass containers, pets, or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area. The hot tub is available year-round, though it may close if temperatures drop below 30°F or for maintenance. The hot tub is strictly for guests 18 and older, with a maximum stay of 20 minutes per person.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
