This inviting retreat is designed for relaxation and connection. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a TV, a second bedroom located in the loft with a private bathroom and a queen bed, and a third bedroom equipped with two twin beds.

Inside, the cabin blends a modern interior with rustic charm, featuring wood flooring and trim throughout. The living area is highlighted by a cathedral ceiling and a beautiful window wall that offers wonderful views of the yard and river. An open floor plan connects the cozy living space to a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area. The modern bathrooms are fully-furnished and finished with tile floors.

Step outside to experience the best of the riverfront. You can relax and chat with friends on the screened-in porch or lounge on the large deck that overlooks the river with seating for eight or more. The exterior is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, featuring a huge open yard, a gas grill, and a campfire pit situated just feet away from the water. For those looking to explore, two canoes with oars and life jackets are available to push right out into the mighty river.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per dog (maximum 2 dogs); however, cats are not permitted. Please note that parties, events, or gatherings of guests not included in the reservation are strictly prohibited. A separate security deposit is required for this property.

Additional details: The indoor fireplace is gas, but stacked dried firewood for the outdoor pit is available for a small fee of $15 per night. Guests are asked to take their trash with them via the dumpster at Shenandoah River Outfitters, located less than a mile away, or arrange removal through the house manager for a tip of $5 per bag.
