Inside, guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen perfect for all cooking and baking needs, and a full-size pool table for evening entertainment. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Step outside to experience the outdoor living spaces, including a large patio dining area and outdoor seating that surrounds the solar-heated pool and hot tub. The property is also equipped with a barbeque grill and a dedicated children's play area for family fun.

The location is exceptionally convenient, featuring a bike and walking path to downtown Ajijic. You are a short walk from the Super Lake Grocery Store, Walmart, Centro Laguna Mall, and a variety of outdoor cafes, restaurants, and bars.

House Rules & Policies:

• Guest Verification: All guests must complete the 'Restavio Guest Verification' via a secured link prior to check-in to avoid automatic cancellation.
• Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra person fees apply from the 5th guest onward.
• Noise & Conduct: No parties, gatherings, or loud music. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed (service dogs require prior notification), no smoking in any form, and no illegal drugs.
• Solar Heating: The pool and Jacuzzi are solar-heated; temperatures vary by weather and may take 4-6 hours to warm up.
• Services: A lady caretaker lives on-site at the back of the house for assistance; please notify management if you prefer her not to be present. A gardener also visits at random intervals to maintain the landscape.

Early check-in, late check-out, and luggage drop-off are available from 12:00 PM subject to prior approval and applicable fees.
