Discover your cozy home away from home at the Emerald Island Resort, a comfortable townhouse in Kissimmee, Florida, located just 13 minutes from Walt Disney World. This inviting retreat provides an easy and affordable base for your park days, combining the convenience of a private residence with the luxury of resort living.

Designed to sleep 6 guests, the townhouse features a thoughtful layout across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a king main suite with a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third room with two twin beds that is perfect for the kids. These guests share the second full bathroom, with an additional half bath conveniently located downstairs.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen for easy family meals, comfortable dining and living areas, and the convenience of in-home laundry. To help you settle in, we provide fresh linens, six towels, and a welcome kit containing starter supplies such as soap, paper goods, trash bags, laundry detergent, and a dishwasher pod. Please note that restocking these items is the guest's responsibility.

As a registered guest, you have full access to the wonderful amenities at the Emerald Island Resort clubhouse. You can relax by the resort pool and hot tub, stay active at the fitness center, or enjoy the tiki bar, playground, sports courts, and nature trails.

Location is everything, and this property puts you minutes from the action: Walmart is just 8 minutes away, the Premium Outlets are 20 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 23 minutes from your door.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book and must provide a matching ID upon request.
• Guest List: A complete list of first and last names is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure resort access.
• Resort Access Fee: A non-refundable $20 fee per car is charged by Emerald Island (minimum one fee per reservation, even without a vehicle). Maximum of 6 vehicles per property.
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking indoors, and no parties are permitted.
• Additional Notes: A $10 delivery fee applies. Please note that USPS does not deliver to this address, and the resort is not responsible for unattended packages. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested 48 hours before arrival.
