Parties are strictly prohibited, and we ask that you be considerate of your neighbors. While pets are allowed, they require prior approval from building management and will incur an extra fee. Please ensure all electronic devices, lights, and AC are turned off when leaving. A $50 replacement fee applies to lost keys, and any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
