For additional flexibility, a pull-out queen sofa is available on the bottom floor.

• Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). Full payment is required if booking within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations or changes within 30 days of arrival are not permitted and result in forfeiture of the reservation amount. For stays of 30+ nights, this policy extends to 60 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is offered.
