• A signed rental agreement and a $500 security deposit are required for all bookings.
• Minimum rental age is 25. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests, including infants.
• Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Please note the property utilizes electronic monitoring and camera surveillance, and some vintage windows remain permanently shut.
