The home is configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, providing a comfortable sleeping arrangement for up to 6 guests. Guests will find 2 bathrooms available for their use. Please note that all bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the upper level and require the use of stairs.

For those seeking entertainment and relaxation, the villa is well-equipped. Each bedroom features its own television, while the large living room is anchored by a 75" 4k ultra HD flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy movie nights. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook and dine in. For those who prefer outdoor cooking, charcoal grills are available throughout the resort grounds to grill your fresh catch.

Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the private boat dock located just off the back porch. The dock accommodates one vessel up to 35 feet in total length (hull size maximum 31 feet) with a maximum draft of 3 feet. Vessels must not exceed 10 feet in width on canals and 15 feet on finger piers. Personal watercraft and multiple vessels are not permitted. Boater's insurance with a liability of $300,000 is required, with Indigo Reef Marina HOA added as a named insured. For added convenience, a bait freezer is included.
