The expansive outdoor space exceeds 5,000 square meters and includes a private dock, a beach area with a lake-facing shower, a patio overlooking the water with a bbq and comal, a vegetable garden, a fruit garden, a fountain area and garden with an additional bbq, a gym area, and a parking lot.

Nestled in the serene landscape of Cerro de Oro, the property is located roughly 15-20 minutes by car from the cities of Santiago and San Lucas Toliman. Due to the isolation of the estate and the nature of the dirt roads, it is highly recommended to arrive via SUV, shuttle bus, or boat taxi (available through third-party providers at an additional cost).

• Water Safety: Do not drink or cook with sink water as it is sourced from the lake; large jugs of clean water are provided for guest use.
• Guest Capacity: Maximum of 8 guests. Adding guests after booking incurs a fee of $100 per person per night or requires price renegotiation with the owner.
• Utilities: Satellite internet and streaming services are provided, though electricity and signal may be affected by local weather patterns or provider outages.
