For a touch of luxury, the master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub.

The heart of the home is a full kitchen featuring high-end granite countertops, a large refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Guests can also relax and enjoy beautiful sunset views over the meadowlands from the top floor. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer located in the building available for guest use.

Located in the Jersey City Heights, the property is situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, positioned just west of posh Hoboken and north of the Journal Square area. The location is exceptionally convenient, with mini-buses to NYC running every 2 to 10 minutes and a short 6-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The home is also close to Route 1&9, the Turnpike, and Secaucus Junction NJ transit station.

To maintain the quality of the home, please adhere to the following house rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No smoking inside the apartment (permitted on the balcony only)

• No eating in bed to prevent linen stains
• Guests may be required to provide identification and purpose of visit

Note: The owner resides in a separate apartment on the first floor. Lock codes expire promptly at noon on the day of checkout; please ensure all belongings are removed by the checkout time to avoid issues.
