Designed for relaxation, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bathroom, providing ample space for up to 6 guests. The layout allows for privacy with bedrooms positioned off to the sides of the central living area. Step outside onto the waterside deck to stretch out in the sun, enjoy a barbecue with friends, or simply take in the sights and sounds of summer from your beach chair. For your convenience, the home is equipped with central AC to keep you cool and keyless entry for a seamless arrival. To ensure you are refreshed after a day on the sand, a wonderful enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is available to rinse off before heading inside.

Located just steps over the dunes from the private Association beach, you are perfectly positioned to spend your days on the sandbars. When you venture away from the shore, you are only 10 minutes from the shops, restaurants, museums, and mini-golf of historic Sandwich village. Explore the local area with a visit to the Cape Cod Canal's 14-mile bike path, the Sandwich Boardwalk, or the Heritage Museums and Gardens. Guests can also experience Cape Cod like a local with complimentary activities including Island Cruises, Whale Watch, Bike Rentals, and admission to the Whydah Pirate Museum through a partnership with Xplorie.

Practical details for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that a 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday rental reservation is required during peak summer weeks. Linens (bed sheets, bath, beach, and kitchen towels) are not included but can be rented for an extra fee. The minimum age to book is 25. To maintain the quality of the home, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, and pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to a maximum of 2 cars, with a strict no-parking rule on the dunes. Please be aware that the fireplace is not for use and there is no heat provided.
