The main house features 3 elegantly appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, while a detached guest suite/studio provides a serene and intimate haven with a king-sized bed and a private full bathroom. Inside the main residence, a charming living area captures the essence of coastal living with large windows that frame panoramic water views. The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances and a butler's pantry equipped with a second refrigerator and dishwasher to make meal preparation and cleanup a snap.

For those seeking activity, the Rec Hall promises endless enjoyment with a pool table, ping pong, and shuffleboard, complemented by a refreshing wet bar. • Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 25 years old
• Events: Strictly prohibited
• Parking: 1-car detached garage and 4 additional spaces. Do not park at the middle house (private residence).
• Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. A non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax per pet applies. Service animals must be disclosed at booking.
• Restrictions: Boat slips, the rec hall fireplace, and the library fireplace are not for guest use.
• Note: There is active construction at the neighboring property (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm) which may cause noise disruptions. Furnishing updates are in progress, so rooms may vary from photographs.
