This single-level home is designed for comfort and ease, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The heart of the home is a bright, open great room with vaulted ceilings, transom windows, and hardwood flooring, where you can relax on comfy furniture and enjoy a large HDTV mounted over the fireplace. The open kitchen includes a cozy breakfast nook for four, while a larger dining table for eight allows the whole group to share stories from their day.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to suit everyone. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bath with a jetted tub, featuring windows that look out over the dunes and wax myrtles. The second bedroom provides a queen bed, a tall armoire, and built-in shelves with an HDTV, located just steps from a full hall bath. For the children, the third bedroom is a perfect retreat featuring two sets of twin bunk beds.

• Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles overnight (11 pm-7 am). The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle

• LSV: Low Speed Vehicle rentals are permitted (must be registered/insured and follow SIPOA rules)
• Amenities: Access to Seabrook Island Club amenities is included. Use of Beach Club oceanfront pools and Lake House outdoor pool is free; other activities like golf, tennis, and the fitness center incur additional costs
• Cancellation: Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund minus $250; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable
