Adjacent is a beautifully designed kitchen with white cabinetry, light granite counters, and top-line stainless steel appliances, complemented by a dining table that seats six.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out for privacy and comfort. The primary bedroom, located off the living room, features a king bed, water views, a small HDTV, and an adjoining bath with a tiled shower. A second bedroom on the first floor offers a queen bed and an en suite bath with a tub/shower. A spiral stairway leads to the third bedroom, a bright private space with a queen bed and a large en suite bath featuring double granite sinks and a tiled shower with a bench. This upper level also provides sliding door access to a deck with a chaise lounge for sunbathing and gorgeous views of Wadmalaw.

Guests can enjoy direct access to the outdoors via the living room or kitchen, leading to a deck with a gas grill for watching shrimp boats sail by. The home also includes a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer and a convenient powder room.

Seabrook Island provides a serene environment. Guests are within a short walk of the Beach Club pools and the Seabrook Island Club's two golf courses. • Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 3 passenger vehicles allowed overnight (11 pm-7 am). The first gate pass is included; additional passes are $45 per vehicle.
• LSV Policy: Only gas LSVs are permitted. They require a dedicated gate pass, must be registered/insured with a 17-digit VIN, and must follow all SIPOA rules.
• Security: The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell.
