About Property

Discover the true beauty of Jamaica at Forever Summer Villa, a gorgeous and fully private retreat located in the serene, upscale community of Cardiff Hall, just above Runaway Bay. Whether you are seeking a tranquil escape or a tropical adventure, this stunning villa provides the ultimate backdrop for unforgettable family memories and quality time with friends.

Designed for relaxation and luxury, the villa features 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and a total of 4 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a TV for your relaxation, paired with comfortable bed linens and fresh towels. The interior also boasts a welcoming living room with a flat-screen TV and cable channels, alongside an indoor dining area where you can savor meals tailored to your preferences.

Outdoor living is the heart of the experience. You can bask in the warm Caribbean sun on the vast pool deck, which is equipped with sun loungers and a dining table with an umbrella. The sparkling blue private pool is complemented by Smiley's well-stocked outdoor bar and lush tropical gardens. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, a golf course, and vibrant greenery, or stay active on the private on-site tennis court.

To ensure you are completely pampered, the villa is fully staffed. Mandatory private chef and housekeeping services are included in your stay. The professional villa team handles all meal preparation—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert—meaning guests are not permitted to cook in the kitchen, though you may store or warm up items there.

Located in St. Ann Parish, the villa offers easy access to the attractions of Jamaica's North Coast, with the vibrant resort town of Ocho Rios just a stone's throw away. For arrivals, Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is approximately an hour's drive, and the team can recommend transport providers.
