Guests can enjoy an open-concept living room and dining area, and a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. • Check-in: 4:00 PM (Please arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Kivoya Vacation Rentals Office in the Encanto Living Building)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Security Deposit: A non-refundable Security Deposit Protection Plan of $39 USD + taxes ($42.12 total) is required. This covers unintentional damages up to $400 USD. Damages exceeding this amount, or intentional damages and theft, will be charged to the credit card on file.

House Rules: Guests must adhere to all building and homeowner association rules. Smoking inside the property, parties, excessive gatherings, noise disturbances, and the presence of hazardous or flammable substances are strictly prohibited. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted.
