The master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a 180 cm king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the wrap-around deck. The second bedroom features a 160 cm queen bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed consisting of a 120 cm full bottom bunk and a 75 cm single top bunk. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside these two rooms. For additional flexibility, a sleep sofa is available in the separate den/office area.

Inside, the modern interior is defined by expansive windows that flood the living area with light and provide views of the water in all directions. The home features a fully equipped chef's kitchen and a dining area with seating for up to 8. Guests can unwind in both the dedicated living and TV seating areas, or retreat to the office space. Outside, the wrap-around deck is a highlight of the property, featuring two relaxing seating areas, a Weber gas grill, and a large dining table that seats up to 10 guests.
