Some of our rentals accept pets for stays of 30 nights or more (only, not accepted for short term rentals) with Pet Contract Addendum and additional cleaning fee required, please reach out to us for details. Where Pet Contract Addendum is not executed, and/or additional cleaning fee not paid, pets are strictly prohibited. Emotional support animals are not a protected class for short term lodging and are considered pets. In accordance with ADA guidelines Luxury Mountain Destinations provides accommodation to those with disabilities having service animals. Service animals are not the same as emotional support animals (emotional support animals are prohibited when renting our properties short term). Guests planning to travel with a service animal must let Luxury Mountain Destinations know within 24 hours of booking that they intend to travel with a Service Animal, noting the work or task that the service animal been trained to perform, and confirming that they understand that the Service Animal must be with their handler at all times / may never be left in the home alone. Guest understands that animals found that have not followed the above clauses, and/or violating provisions of the Pet Contract Addendum, will be deemed to be an unauthorized pet with Luxury Mountain Destinations reserving the right to remove any such animals, with Guest responsible for collection of pet as well as fees charged by animal control or kennel, plus an additional cleaning fee of $5000. No events/parties, maximum occupancy applies at all times.
As exceptions to the cancellation policy can not be made, trip insurance is recommended for guests that do not wish to self insure. Among other options Luxury Mountain Destinations has partnered with Rental Guardian who offers both traditional trip insurance and cancel for any reason insurance, see confirmation for details and to sign up. Luxury Mountain Destinations professionally inspects our homes prior to all guest stays and has an inhouse maintenance team, as such the risk of a home deficiency (broken amenity, cleanliness issue) is limited. Guest understands that in the event of any deficiency that Luxury Mountain Destinations must be contacted and given up to one business day (six hours in the event of heat or water issue) to make such right. No refunds shall apply unless we are first given the opportunity to make such right and fail to do so within the time indicated.
Reservations are subject to terms of Rental Agreement that will be sent upon reservation. If for any reason terms are not acceptable guest must cancel their reservation within the Airbnb 24 hour free cancellation window. Rental Agreement will apply should reservation not be cancelled within such time period with signature required for home access.
Shoes and/or ski/snowboard equipment are not permitted in living areas of the home. Please remove shoes and equipment before entering the home.
Excessive noise at any point is prohibited and quiet hours apply from 10 pm to 8 am.
Guest is responsible for ensuring the property is secure, ensuring doors are locked upon exit Do not move any furniture. Do not remove towels, linens, robes and any other items from the home.
Guest understands that Luxury Mountain Destinations (also dba Canyons Village Rentals) and its service providers, along with HOA and police as may be necessary, have the right to enter the property for reasons that include but are not necessarily limited to cleaning, maintenance, hot tub service (where applicable), disturbance or noise compliant, possible house rule violation, and similar. Luxury Mountain Destinations staff will knock and announce themselves prior to any entry. Guest understands that cameras may be present at some properties in exterior (eg front entrance) and/or common areas of properties with multiple units.
Guest is responsible for promptly notifying Luxury Mountain Destinations of any damage or incident regarding the property.
Guests are responsible for conducting themselves in a professional manner and complying with all property/HOA rules, Luxury Mountain Destinations rules, local, state and federal laws. Guest understands that failure to follow House Rules, Rental Agreement, and/or the aforementioned rules, may result in removal from the property without refund. Guest understands that in addition to any fees charges by Luxury Mountain Destinations for violation, guests are responsible for any building/HOA/municipal/similar fines as well.
