This inviting home features two well-appointed bedrooms and one bathroom, providing a comfortable layout for up to five guests. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom also featuring a queen-size bed. A full bathroom is located upstairs, shared between both bedrooms for your convenience.

Inside, you will find a cozy living room and dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, though please note that there is no dishwasher. For those traveling by car, the property provides plenty of parking space, with enough room for more than one vehicle.

Location is everything at Casamar 3. You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the area, located just a 7-minute walk to the beach. For entertainment and errands, you are only a 2-minute drive from local bars, restaurants, a cinema, and convenience stores, while the supermarket is a quick 8-minute drive away.

As a guest, you will be supported by a professional, bilingual home manager ready to assist with cleaning, chef services, or local tips, ensuring a memorable stay with 24/7 support.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Key Collection: Keys must be picked up at the Kivoya Office located at Plaza Rocky Point St. 12, in front of Sams Club Puerto Peñasco.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Security Deposit: A non-refundable security deposit protection plan of US $39 + taxes (US $42.12) is required, covering unintentional damages up to $400 USD.
