- Bathrooms: One full bathroom located upstairs, shared between both bedrooms, and one half-bathroom.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are required to pick up keys at the Kivoya Office located at Plaza Rocky Point St. 12, in front of Sams Club Puerto Peñasco.
A non-refundable security deposit protection plan of $42.12 USD (including taxes) is required, covering unintentional damages up to $400 USD. Intentional damages or theft are not covered and will be charged to the credit card on file.
