Situated on the third floor of a very low-density building, this residence was tastefully redone in April of 2023 to offer a sophisticated and spacious sanctuary for your coastal escape.

This expansive home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, providing ample room for up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated to accommodate all ages: the master bedroom boasts a king bed, two guest bedrooms feature queen beds, and a third guest bedroom is equipped with a twin over twin bunk bed set. Additionally, a sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra flexibility for larger groups.

Inside, the open-concept floorplan creates a seamless flow for family relaxation. The interior is elevated by modern wood and travertine tiled floors and a gourmet kitchen that is perfect for chefs of all levels, featuring stainless-steel Wolf and Thermador appliances. The living area centers around a huge 75-inch flat-screen TV, while the dining area comfortably seats six, with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar. The master suite is a true highlight, offering floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular beach views, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious bathroom with two granite vanities, a large garden tub, and a large walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is just as impressive, with a beachfront balcony offering amazing views of the sugar white sands and the Gulf of Mexico. A private gas grill makes this the ideal spot to entertain after an idyllic day in the sun. To enhance your stay, complimentary beach service consisting of one umbrella and two chairs is included from March to October.

• Reservations are typically Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday, though flexibility may be available upon request
• Early check-in may be available for a fee, subject to availability
