Designed for relaxation and connection, the open floor plan leads to a spacious wrap-around deck, offering incredible views of the South Valley and the Steamboat Ski Area. Inside, the heart of the home consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and a cozy living space anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and two TVs. Fire starters are provided to ensure cozy evenings in during the winter months.

Located in Steamboat Springs, the property is perfectly positioned for year-round adventure. In winter, guests can access the slopes via a 150-yard trail connecting to Right-O-Way, while summer visitors can step directly onto miles of world-class biking and hiking trails. The local charm of downtown Steamboat, with its various shopping and dining options, is just a 10-minute drive or 3.6 miles away.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Entry: Key entry; check-in must be completed in person at the Retreatia Office (1585 Mid Valley Dr, Suite 12A, Steamboat Springs, CO) before heading to the condo.
• Important Notes: Fireplaces are operational seasonally from November to May. Ski access may be limited in early or late season depending on snow conditions. Please be aware that active construction is occurring near the Storm Meadows / Bronze Tree complex, which may result in occasional noise or construction truck activity along Storm Meadows Drive.
