Pets are not allowed. Electricity is included for normal use; however, exceptional consumption is billed at cost. For stays of 7 nights or more, a refundable electricity deposit is required ($200 for 7-14 nights, $400 for 15-30 nights, and proportional for stays over 30 nights).
