This inviting home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bath complete with double vanities and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom provides a queen bed with access to a shared bathroom featuring a shower. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa.

Designed with a cozy alpine ambiance, the interior boasts mountain-style décor and a gas fireplace to warm up after a day on the mountain. Guests can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar and dining table for gathering. Outside, a mountain-view patio provides a serene spot to enjoy morning coffee or an après-ski drink.

While the unit itself is a private retreat, guests enjoy access to the extensive Trappeur's Crossing Resort amenities, including:

Located in a prime area, the property is just 300 yards from the ski area, 1.5 blocks from the free city bus stop, and 3 miles from downtown Steamboat. For winter convenience, an HOA-provided shuttle is also available.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Entry: Key fob required
• Parking: Space for 1 vehicle in the heated underground garage
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. Trailers are not permitted on the property. Per HOA policy, sports teams and youth tournament players are not allowed to stay at this property.
• Notes: There is no A/C (standard for Steamboat), though fans are provided. The gas fireplace is for seasonal use and may be shut off from May to September.
