This expansive offering comprises four Entrada townhomes—units 420, 424, 428, and 432—located in the same building and situated right next to each other. Please note that there is no internal access between the units, providing distinct spaces for larger groups while remaining in close proximity.
Across the four units, you will find a total of 15 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, providing an ample amount of space for your entire party. These professionally decorated homes feature an open floorplan and exquisitely decorated interiors designed for comfortable entertaining and restful sleep.
While the general amenities list is minimal, these homes are defined by their high-end details. Each unit features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen equipped with a Keurig, blender, and griddle, and the living spaces are accented with plush bedding from Restoration Hardware, West Elm, and Pottery Barn. Guests have access to state-of-the-art streaming TVs and fast Wi-Fi throughout the homes. For those traveling with children, the properties provide high chairs, pack-n-plays, and various toys. To help you explore the area, cruiser "townie" bikes are provided free of charge.
Located just a few blocks from downtown Moab, you are a short drive from the breathtaking vistas of Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse State Park. Whether you visit during the warmer months for hiking, biking, and kayaking, or prefer the quieter winter season for cross-country skiing and shopping, this location serves as an ideal base of operations.

House Rules:
- We require a signed contract for all bookings.
- We also require a copy of a valid government ID.
- We have a twenty-five (25) minimum age requirement.
- The name on the reservation and the payment information is to be the same name and match.
- All outdoor activity must cease from 10 pm to 7 am (a Moab City ordinance).
- Shoes are NOT to be worn in the home.
- There are free bikes for you to use, with helmets and locks. Guests must Comply with COMPLIMENTARY BIKE USAGE REQUIREMENTS and use the bikes at their own risk.
- No smoking and vaping inside the house, including all tobacco and marijuana products. However, we allow it outside, twenty-five (25) feet from an entrance to any of the units (a Utah State law).
- Keep all food and drink in the kitchen, dining, and outdoor areas. -This is a dog-conscientious property. With written pre-approval and a one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) animal fee, one dog only is permitted in the rental home, or a two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) animal fee, and up to two dogs only are permitted in the rental house.
- For multi-home rentals, all pets must stay in pet-friendly units.
- The Renter(s)/Tenant(s) are/is required to keep the dog(s) off all furniture and carpeted/rugged areas, be crated if left alone in the home, and remove feces from the property. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
- If it is found that an animal has been inside the property without written pre-approval and payment, the Renter(s)/Tenant(s) will forfeit their security deposit and may be charged damages of up to five hundred dollars ($500). We respect service animals.
- Do not remove or rearrange the furniture.
- The thermostat should stay between 68 - 72 degrees. Feel free to call us if there's a problem with the temperature.
- Please be warned that children of all ages can fall and get hurt on bunk beds. Use caution and read warning labels.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% for all nights. Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund. Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
