• Booking: Reservations must be made by an individual 21 years or older.
• Guest Registration: All adult guests must be registered 48 hours prior to arrival; valid photo ID is required at the security gate.
• Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. Violations result in a $500 fee.
• Parking: Available in front spaces and street parking (first come, first served). No commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, or trailers allowed.
• Trash: Daily pickup by 7am; must use 13-gallon bags (max 30 lbs), tied and bagged. No liquids or grocery bags.
• Deliveries: UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and food deliveries are accepted. USPS does not deliver to this address.
• Extra Fees: Pool heating is available for $70 (up to five nights); grill use is $29.95.
