Garbage: Please park to leave space for the trash bins to be safely walked from the driveway to the street by the sanitation company. Please do not block bins.

Please be advised the fireplace in the main living area is nonfunctional due to extinct replacement parts. YouTube TV is equivalent to Cable TV, Log in credentials are posted on the wall near the Television.

Lost and Found items shipped back: Shipping cost +$25. The pool table has a ping pong conversion top that is leaning up against the wall. To play ping pong place the wood block used to secure the top against the wall in the middle of the pool table. Then simply put both halves of the ping pong table over the pool table and center it. The net should be on the small bookcase under the wifi equipment. After playing ping pong please place the ping pong top back against the wall and secure it in place with the wood block and wing nut.

Please remember to turn off and clean the BBQ if used. Don’t forget to turn the gas off at the propane tank as well. Please ensure the cover is put back on.
