The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the loft provides a full sleeper sofa and the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day of exploring.

As a third-floor unit, the home boasts amazing views of Baldy Mountain that can be admired from the comfort of the living area or your own private balcony. Inside, you will find all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, modern furnishings, and a beautiful fireplace perfect for cozying up after a day on the mountain.

• Accessibility: No elevator access (top floor unit)
• Guest Requirements: An e-signed rental agreement is required before access is granted.
• Supplies: A basic starter pack (travel-size toiletries, limited paper products, and detergent) is provided for the first day or two. Coffee, spices, and other kitchen food items are not supplied.

Guests at the Sundowner property have access to the Upper Village Pool. Please note the pool is closed from April 19, 2026, to May 22, 2026, and typically from mid-September to mid-November.
