The first floor features an inviting open kitchen, dining area, and living space equipped with a TV. This level also hosts the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, smart TV, and a primary bath with a shower. A convenient laundry room is also located on the first floor.

Ascend to the second floor to find a cozy loft sitting area and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen bed and smart TV, while the third bedroom provides a double bed and smart TV. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom featuring a tub and shower.

Skywatch is designed for outdoor living, boasting over 1,500 square feet of porches and decks, including two screened porches where you can relax at the end of the day. For those returning from the beach, the exterior also includes a hot/cold outdoor shower, a gas grill for seaside dining, a fish cleaning bench, and covered parking.
