Discover a peaceful getaway at The Back House, a private retreat nestled at the rear of a large property on Back Road in Ocracoke, North Carolina. This unique home features a reverse floor plan designed to maximize your relaxation and provides a pleasant walk or bike ride to the local coffee shops, restaurants, and the scenic Silver Lake Harbor.

The home is configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The first floor is dedicated to rest, housing a bedroom with a Queen bed and a second bedroom featuring two Twin beds, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, boasting an open kitchen, dining area, and a living area complete with a TV. For added convenience, a detached laundry shed is available on the property.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property is equipped with the following features for your stay:

• Minimum Stay: Three-night minimum; short stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival
• Supplies: A starter kit is provided (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, small Palmolive dish soap, trash bags, and small bars of soap). Guests are asked to bring additional supplies or purchase them at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
