This level also includes a bedroom located off the living area, which features a sleeper sofa, a TV, and glass doors. The third level houses two additional bedrooms characterized by elegant cathedral ceilings; one is furnished with a queen bed, while the other features a futon and provides access to a covered porch. A dedicated laundry shed is located on the ground level.

Guests are responsible for bringing additional supplies or purchasing them at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
