Designed with a reverse living layout, the home places the social heart of the house on the second floor. This bright, open floor plan features high ceilings and includes a spacious living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry. Guests can step out onto the comfortable open deck to enjoy the coastal breeze. For added convenience, a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer is located on this level.

The first floor is dedicated to rest and relaxation, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds—including a new bedroom and full bath added for 2026—while the third bedroom provides a flexible sleeping arrangement with a bunk bed and a twin bed. One of the queen bedrooms offers direct access to a private screened porch, which can also be reached via an external staircase. A hallway bathroom with a tub and shower serves the sleeping quarters.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the Beach Nut Bungalow experience. The exterior is well-equipped for island life, featuring a screened porch, a spacious deck, an outdoor hot/cold shower, a charcoal grill, and a dedicated fish cleaning table. Covered parking is also provided for guests.
