The cottage is designed for effortless living with a thoughtful single-story layout. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms feature Queen beds and TVs, while the third bedroom is equipped with two Twin beds. The home includes a hallway bath with a tub and shower, as well as an additional half bath for added convenience.

Inside, the modern kitchen is highlighted by granite countertops and an eat-in area, while the comfortable living room with a TV provides a cozy space for family bonding after a day at the beach.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The home is strictly non-smoking. While pet-friendly, the property accepts dogs only, with a limit of one dog per stay. There is a limit of 3 vehicles. A starter kit is provided with basic essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and bar soap), and guests are asked to bring additional supplies for the duration of their visit. Short stays with a three-night minimum are available for booking within two weeks of arrival. Military discounts are available and must be applied at the time of booking.
