The first floor features a living room with a kitchenette and TV, along with two bedrooms—one containing a Queen bed and a Twin bed with a TV, and another with a Queen bed. A convenient hallway bath with a tub and shower serves this level. The second floor offers an open floor plan comprising a full kitchen, dining area, and a living area with a TV. This level also hosts the third bedroom, which includes a Queen bed and a single person futon (updated for 2026), and a second full bath with a tub and shower.

While structured amenities are limited, the home is equipped for a comfortable stay with the following features:

Please note that sheets and towels are not provided; guests may rent them by contacting Ocracoke Island Realty directly. A starter kit is provided containing basic toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and small bars of soap, but guests should bring additional supplies. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The home is pet-friendly for dogs only, with a limit of 2 dogs. There is a maximum limit of 3 vehicles. Short stays are available with a three-night minimum, bookable within two weeks of arrival.
