The interior includes central air conditioning and heating, a 40” Smart TV with cable service, and complimentary wireless internet access. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a blender and the essential tools needed for cooking and baking. Outside, the property sits on four lots near the end of Ocean View Road on a quiet dead-end street. Guests can enjoy a huge grassy yard with shady cedar trees, a front and rear deck, a park-style charcoal grill, a clothesline, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower.

Located centrally, the home is an easy walk to the Village, where you can find the grocery store, ice cream parlor, coffee shops, and various restaurants. Lifeguard Beach is just a 15-minute bike ride away. Whether you are watching the sunrise while birds sing or gazing at the magnificent star-filled sky from the porch, the location provides a peaceful escape with very little light pollution.
