This spacious two-story home is centrally located, making it a short walk to many local shops and restaurants, ideal for a family vacation or a romantic couples getaway.

The layout is designed for comfort and relaxation. On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, dining, and living area featuring a TV and generous windows overlooking the harbor. This level includes a bedroom with a Queen bed, a second bedroom with a trundle bed that converts into two twins, and a hallway bath equipped with a whirlpool tub and shower. The second floor is dedicated to a generous primary suite, featuring a Queen bed, TV, and a private primary bath with a separate shower and another whirlpool tub.

Step outside onto the small deck to enjoy sea breezes while watching kayakers, boaters, and occasional ferries arrive and depart. For those bringing a boat, complimentary docking is available (one boat per unit) with a fish cleaning bench and water provided. Even without a boat, guests can enjoy the spacious gazebo at the end of the dock to watch the world go by.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the property, including the balconies. Pets are not allowed. There is a limit of 2 vehicles per unit, with covered parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Boat trailers must be parked off-site via a free permit from the National Park Service lot. A starter kit with basic toiletries and paper products is provided; guests should bring additional supplies for longer stays. A three-night minimum stay is required for short stays booked within two weeks of arrival. Military discounts are available at the time of booking.
