The home is designed for comfort and relaxation across two levels. The first floor features an open dining and living area equipped with a TV, a fully functional kitchen, and a dedicated laundry closet. Sleeping arrangements on the main level include a primary bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite primary bath featuring a shower stall, as well as a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath with a tub and shower. The second floor provides additional versatility with a cozy den featuring a queen sleeper sofa and TV, a third bedroom with a double bed, and a convenient half bath.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, where you can relax on the upstairs balcony while taking in peaceful sound views and observing local wildlife. The exterior is thoughtfully equipped for island living, offering a screened porch, a deck, a hot/cold outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, and a fish cleaning bench for the avid angler.

Please note there is no dishwasher on site. House rules include a strict no-smoking policy, no pets allowed, a limit of three vehicles, and no partial stays.
