The second floor houses two bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed and TV, which share a bathroom with a tub and shower. For a unique experience, the third floor boasts a Tower Room with a futon, offering guests a distant sound view to enjoy during their stay.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the property is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heat, and ceiling fans. Entertainment is provided via three cable TVs and unlimited streaming Netflix, all supported by Starlink premium internet access. The exterior of the home is a true highlight, featuring two decks, a deck swing, a hammock, two outdoor dining tables, and a charcoal grill. For those returning from the beach, there is a hot/cold outdoor shower and a fish cleaning bench. Covered parking is also provided on-site.

The home is pet friendly for one dog only, provided they are under 50 lbs. Smoking is strictly prohibited, and there is a limit of 3 vehicles. Short stays are available with a three-night minimum, bookable within two weeks of arrival. A military discount is available and must be applied at the time of booking.
