The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to maximize space and relaxation. The first floor features an open kitchen, dining, and living area equipped with a TV, creating a central hub for gathering. This level also includes a bedroom with a Queen bed and its own TV, as well as a hallway bathroom with a shower.

Moving to the second floor, you will find two additional sleeping quarters: one bedroom featuring a Queen bed and a Twin bed, and a second bedroom with a Queen bed. A second hallway bathroom is located on this floor, offering a tub/shower combination and the convenience of a washer and dryer.

While the structured amenities are limited, the cottage provides several essential comforts for your stay:

• Central air conditioning and heat on the first floor
• Two window AC units and baseboard heat on the second floor

Practical details for your visit include a check-in time of 5:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be aware that sheets and towels are not provided; however, these may be rented by contacting Ocracoke Island Realty directly. Short stays are available with a three-night minimum, provided they are booked within two weeks of arrival. A military discount is also available, which must be applied at the time of booking.
