The first floor features an entry sunroom leading into an open dining and living area equipped with a TV/DVD player, a kitchen, and a convenient laundry area. This level also hosts one bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed, and a second full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, with a first-floor screened porch and a second-floor deck perfect for relaxation. The exterior is further enhanced by a deck swing, a picnic table, and a hot/cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that this home does not provide sheets or towels; guests may rent these by contacting Ocracoke Island Realty directly. A starter kit is provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of dish soap, a trash bag for each can, and a small bar of soap for each bathroom. Guests should bring additional supplies or purchase them at the Ocracoke Variety Store.

Additional restrictions include a no-smoking policy, no pets allowed, and a maximum of 4 vehicles. The minimum age to book this property is 25. Short stays are available with a three-night minimum, bookable within two weeks of arrival. Please be aware there is no dishwasher on site.
