The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to accommodate up to 8 guests. The first floor features an open kitchen, dining, and living area equipped with a TV for cozy evenings. This level also houses two bedrooms: one with two twin beds and another featuring two sets of bunk beds and its own TV. A convenient hallway bath with a tub and shower, along with a laundry room, completes the first floor. Retreat to the second floor to find the primary bedroom, which boasts a king bed, a TV, and a private primary bath with a shower stall.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, with a gated wraparound porch and a private screened porch tucked away among the trees, creating a favorite spot for relaxation. The exterior is fully equipped for island life with a deck swing, picnic table, hot/cold outdoor shower, park-style charcoal grill, and a fish cleaning bench.

For family convenience, a high chair and Pack-N-Play with a co-sleeper feature are available.
