The property features a thoughtful two-story layout. The first floor is designed for entertaining a small crowd, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. This level includes a full-size sofa bed, a Bluetooth stereo, and a TV. Outside, the gated front porch provides a secure space for pets and is outfitted with fabulous furniture, making it an ideal spot for your morning coffee.

Sleeping arrangements are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom is a private suite featuring a queen bed, a dedicated TV, and its own private bath with a tub and shower. The second bedroom offers flexible options with a pyramid bunk consisting of a queen bed on the bottom, a twin XL bunk above, and a twin XL trundle. A second bathroom is located in the hallway and contains a stack washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests can also enjoy the second-floor covered deck for additional outdoor relaxation.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a pet-friendly property, though the owner prefers a limit of one large or two small pets. Please note a maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. The minimum age to book this property is 25.

Important Location Note: Ocracoke is only accessible via private boat, plane, or the North Carolina Ferry Service. Guests are encouraged to research NCDOT’s Rt12 and ferry updates prior to arrival. Please be aware that no refunds or adjustments are provided for ferry service interruptions. In the event of a hurricane evacuation, the property is considered condemned 36 hours prior to the last ferry departure, and guests are voluntarily evicted per the rental contract.
