For sleeping arrangements, the first floor contains one bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The second floor is expansive, offering a bedroom with a bunk bed and TV, and another with two double beds and a TV. Additionally, there is a private suite accessed via the king bedroom, which includes a queen bedroom and another bunk room, all sharing a bathroom with a shower. In total, the property provides 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 bathrooms.

This residence is modernized while maintaining its original character, featuring authentic beadboard walls, solid wood doors, and wood flooring. Guests can spend their hours reading or dreaming on the various porches, relaxing in the rockers, or enjoying the porch swing. The exterior is equally inviting, boasting several decks, a large yard, two picnic tables, a charcoal grill, and a deck swing.
