Designed for comfort and ease, the cottage features a thoughtful layout across two levels. The first floor welcomes you with an open kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room equipped with a TV, a convenient laundry closet, and a bathroom featuring a tub and shower. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements are designed for relaxation: a primary bedroom featuring a queen bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower stall, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The two guest rooms share a convenient half bathroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can relax on the large screened porch with a picnic table or head up to the rooftop observation deck to enjoy a lovely view of the island from above the tree-tops, where you can feel the breezes and watch the sunset over the sound. For those returning from the beach, a hot/cold outdoor shower is available for convenience.

Guests should be aware that sheets and towels are not provided; these may be rented directly through Ocracoke Island Realty. A starter kit containing basic toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags is provided, but guests should bring additional supplies for the duration of their stay.
