For children, the lower level provides two spacious bunk rooms, each featuring two twin-over-queen built-in bunks and private ensuite baths.

A minimum age of 25 is required to book. 4-wheel drive is mandatory during winter months. Guests enjoy a complimentary shuttle from mid-November through mid-April. The home is equipped with a noise decibel monitor and an exterior security camera. Note that the residence does not have air conditioning; however, Colorado's cool nights and available fans ensure a comfortable stay.
