Please note that the home spans three levels, and the upstairs and downstairs areas may not be appropriate for those with physical limitations.

• Pets: Not allowed (Service dogs are permitted; please notify the host in advance regarding the animal's trained tasks. Cleaning fees may apply if the animal is not potty trained)
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to rent this house
• Restrictions: No bachelor/bachelorette, fraternity, or sorority parties
• Parking: Allowed in one side of the garage only
• Additional Notes: Firewood fees apply. The lower level fireplace is non-operational, and deck electric heaters are unavailable for guest use. Please strictly adhere to trash rules and ensure bear-proof cans are latched as bears are active in the area.
